Not so nice today, and my poor little youngest daughter was not happy about having to walk to pre-school in the rain, bless her. 'My legs hurt' she claimed on the 10 minute walk, although she is quite capable of walking a few miles which we regularly do as a family, she had wanted us to take the car to avoid the rain. She was well protected from the rain and cold in her lovely pink Tog24 rain coat with detachable fleece, but just didn't like the idea of walking in the rain today.
It would be all to easy to jump in the car for what would be a 2 minute trip but I believe the walk to school come rain or shine is an important part of her day. Although I hope it's dry when I go to pick her up!
