I would just like to say a very big well done to my gorgeous wife for how well she is doing on the Dukan Diet. She started it a couple of months before Christmas and has lost almost 70 pounds, and is well on her way to hitting her target weight.
She has tried other diets before and they have all failed, but has had nothing but success with this diet. The advantage of being a stay at home dad is that I am able to control all her diet needs for her as part of the support I provide her. But even so she is doing amazingly well. Love you darling x
